 • Grounding arrival practice — Using the breath and movement
 • Group share — What does stress feel like in your body and mind? 

Physiology
of stress
 • Brief summary of the mechanism of stress
 • Difference between short and long-term stress: impacts on health, productivity, quality of life
Intro to
stress resilience
 • Stress isn't going anywhere, and that's okay!
 • You have the capacity to build your resilience to stress. Here's how. 
Tools for stress resilience
 • Mindset work — Control what you can control, reframe stress
 • In real time — Breath techniques
 • Take a break — Mini movement, peripheral vision practice, jaw massage
 • Other methods — nature, nourishing relationships, deep relaxation, gratitude practice 
Mini yoga session
• Standing postures that are easy to do in an office setting This portion is fun and playful.
