Right out of college, I led the marketing team at a start-up in Boston. I started my commute at 5am and got home past 9pm many nights. I learned about the intense pressures of the modern work world, and how hard it was to feel good during the work day.

In January 2020, I left my marketing job and moved to Costa Rica. For the first six months, I lived off-grid, teaching in the jungle. Once a week, I walked 2 hours to town to connect to wifi. Otherwise, I was completely immersed a simple, natural lifestyle that revolved around yoga.

When I came out of the jungle and started teaching yoga online, I noticed that my eyes hurt and my body ached if I sat for too long. I used mini yoga moments to refresh and reset. 

When I started working with private clients, I learned that the application of yoga in their daily lives was even more important than what we together in our sessions. They learned to breathe before big meetings, stretch to dissolve the afternoon slump, and meditate at the end of the work day so they could relax into home life.

First, I built the marketing team at a start-up in Boston

Now, I help busy professionals use yoga to stress less.

First, I distill yoga into tiny practices that offer immediate stress relief. I call this mini yoga.

Second, I teach professionals and teams how to use mini yoga, and science-based techniques, to build stress resilience.

now, I focus on two things:
