Hi, my name is Catherine Haut. I was a perfectionist in college. My first post-grad job was at a brand new start-up. My work day started with meetings at 6am, and I often got home after 9pm. I was stressed all day and as soon as I got home, I crashed straight into bed. Stress ran my life.
In January 2020, I left my job to pursue yoga full time. For two years, I lived the jungle of Costa Rica studying and teaching yoga. I've lived on both extremes of the stress spectrum.

The daily commitment is 5 minutes of yoga in the morning, 5 minutes during your work day, and 5 minutes as you transition from work to home life.
After our pre-program meeting, I'll create (3) five-minute yoga videos designed specifically for you.

Before the program begins, you and I will meet for an hour to create your personalized yoga strategy. Designed for your goals and your life, we craft your unique plan to build your stress resilience.
Each week, we'll meet for a half-hour. First, I'll lead you in a personalized mini yoga practice. Then, we'll work on your mini yoga strategy to make sure you're building your stress resilience.
We'll also spend one hour together at the end of the program to set you up for post-program success.
This is a collection of five-minute yoga videos to guide and support your practice. The library is accessible via desktop and handy app.
Personal programs can begin at any point in the year. After you sign up, we'll decide on a start date.
